## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 12/29/2021, AT 0205 ZULU/1905 MST, N892CW TOOK OFF FROM BZN AFTER HAVING BEEN PARKED AT YELLOWSTONE JET CENTER SINCE 12/27/2021. DURING TRANSITION FROM INITIAL TAKEOFF TO CRUISE, PILOT STATED HE NOTICED THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT COMPLETELY. PILOT STATED THAT AFTER PERFORMING EMERGENCY CHECKLIST PROCEDURES, THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RETURNED TO BZN, AND LANDED WITH THE NOSE LANDING GEAR UP AND LOCKED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
