## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JANUARY 12, 2022 AT 09:44 EST, AIRCRAFT N423Z, A SOCATA TB21, REPORTED A PROPELLER STRIKE AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 23 AT LAKELAND LINDER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KLAL) IN LAKELAND, FL. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^WAS THE SOLE PERSON AND PILOT AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT. DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER TIPS WAS FIRST REPORTED BY THE PILOT TO THE TOWER AFTER THE AIRCRAFT SUCCESSFULLY TAXIED TO PARKING. AN INSPECTION OF RUNWAY 23 WAS COMPLETED BY AIRPORT OPERATIONS AND FRAGMENTS OF PROPELLER WERE FOUND ON THE RUNWAY, AND NO OTHER FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS (FOD) WAS FOUND. THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN AN AIRWORTHY CONDITION AND THE PILOT WAS CURRENT AND QUALIFIED AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. VFR CONDITIONS AND LIGHT WINDS PREVAILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
