## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AT 12:20 PM 20/01/2022 ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ A GLASAIR SH2 WAS ON TAKEOFF ROLL WHEN THE PIC PUSHED FORWARD ON CONTROL YOKE WITH FULL POWER APPLIED HE RAISED THE TAIL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING A LEFT TURNING FORCE WHICH COULD NOT BE ABATED WITH FULL RIGHT RUDDER AND SOME RIGHT BRAKE, SUBSEQUENTLY LOSS DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CENTER LINE. THE LEFT WING TIP TOUCHED THE GRASS CAUSING THE RIGHT WING TIP TO SWING AROUND AND IMPACT THE GRASS RUNWAY. SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING TIP. THE INTENDED FLIGHT WAS TO JUST DO TOUCH AND GOS IN THE PATTERN.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
