## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 02/04/2022 PIC OF N3647W AND ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WERE FLYING FROM BEATRICE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (KBRIE) IN BEATRICE NEBRASKA TO TENNESSEE, WITH A FUEL STOP AT WASHINGTON REGIONAL (KFYG) WASHINGTON, MISSOURI. AT APPROXIMATELY 11:OO AM CST N3647W LANDED RUNWAY 15 AT KFYG. PILOT STATED THAT THE LANDING WENT SMOOTHLY AND THAT AS THE PLANE BEGAN TO SLOW DOWN IT CAME IN CONTACT WITH A PATCH OF ICE ON THE RUNWAY CAUSING IT TO TURN TO THE LEFT SLIDING OFF THE RUNWAY INTO A SNOWBANK.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
