## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

INCIDENT OCCURRED AT APPROXIMATELY 1430L OR 1930Z AT ZEPHYRHILLS,

FL AIRPORT (ZPH). TWO

INDIVIDUALS MADE A TANDEM JUMP AND MADE A HARD LANDING ON

AIRPORT PROPERTY, DIRECTLY WEST OF ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ONE OF THE JUMPERS WAS PRONOUNCED TO BE A FATALITY AT THE SCENE.

THE SECOND JUMPER WAS TAKEN BY MEDEVAC TO LAKELAND REGIONAL

AIRPORT.

03/16/2022: PARACHUTE WAS INSPECTED BY DPRE AND OBSERVED BY FAA INSPECTOR. NO ABNORMALITIES OR DEFICIENCIES FOUND IN RIGGING OR HARNESS. RECORDS WERE REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
