## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MARCH 05, 2022 PILOT OF N277BG WAS TAXING AT THE LFT AIRPORT AND TAXIED AIRCRAFT INTO N449WM. THIS WAS A COMPLACENCY CONCERN AND THE PILOT HAS TAKEN CORRECTIVE MEASURES TO ENSURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN BY COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING TASKS.

1- PILOT HAS SCHEDULED A FULL 5 DAY PHENOM 100 RECURRENT AT CAE STARTING 9 MAY. A FULL ACADEMIC AND SIM REFRESHER WILL ENHANCE PILOT EFFECTIVENESS.

2- PILOT OF N277BG HAS ENROLLED IN TWO WINGS COURSES THAT APPLY. THESE ARE ALC 556- ADOPTING THREAT AND ERROR MANAGEMENT IN GENERAL AVIATION, AND ALC 415- THE SEVEN DEADLY AVIATION SINS-

HASTE. THE PILOT WILL HAVE THESE COMPLETE BEFORE THE END OF APRIL 2022.

3- PILOT HAS ENLISTED ACCOMPLISHED DPE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TO PERFORM A PHENOM 100 GROUND REVIEW WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON CHECKLIST DISCIPLINE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
