## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MARCH 20, 2022 AIRCRAFT N7527N, A BEECH 36 BONANZA WAS RETURNING TO WEST BEND WI MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FROM JANESVILLE WI REGIONAL AIRPORT WITH 4 PERSONS ON BOARD. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT WEST BEND IN A LANDING GEAR UP CONFIGURATION AND SKIDDED TO A STOP ON THE RUNWAY. UPON REVIEW IT WAS NOTED BY AN FAA INSPECTOR THAT THE LANDING GEAR LEVER WAS IN THE UP POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RAISED, LANDING GEAR LOWERED USING NORMAL OPERATION AND REMOVED FROM THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PILOT AND FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD WERE NOT INJURED. VFR CONDITIONS PREVAILED THROUGHOUT THE FLIGHT AND LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
