## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON LANDING ROLLOUT AIRCRAFT WAS HIT BY CROSSWIND GUST. CFI failed to correct for student OVERCOMPENSATION of the gust WITH RUDDER AND GROUND LOOPED AIRCRAFT OFF RUNWAY INTO THE GRASS. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LANDING GEAR AND LEFT WING.

at the time of the incident the CFI was employed to provide tailwheel training to the aircraft owner. the owner only had 1.2 hours of previous tailwheel experience prior to the flight that resulted in the incident.

IIC is no longer with the ntx FSDO amendment made by trg.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
