ON 3/25/2022 AT APPROXIMATELY 1127HRS CTD A ROBINSON R-44 HELICOPTER SN 30007 REGISTERED AS N514CD SUFFERED A TAIL BOOM/ROTOR SEPARATION AT APPROXIMATELY 1600? AGL AND CRASHED IN A VACANT LOT LOCATED AT LAKEVIEW PKWY AND GRISHAM STREET IN ROWLETT TEXAS.  THE CFI AND HELI TRANSITION STUDENT WERE KILLED ON IMPACT.
