ON 3/26/2022 AT APPROXIMATELY 1500 LOCAL TIME. A PIPER P28R WITH N REGISTRATION N44KD, WAS BEING OPERATED BY A PRIVATE PILOT WHEN IT FAILED TO LOWER ITS LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO LANDING ON THE RUN WAY AT SLIDELL AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT IS LEASED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^. DAMAGED SUSTAINED TO THE AIRCRAFT INVOLVED A DAMAGED PROPELLER, POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE DUE TO IMPACT, DAMAGE TO THE LANDING GEAR AND DAMAGE TO THE LOWER BODY COWLING AND FAIRINGS. NO INJURIES REPORTED.
