## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

03/31/2022 THE PILOT PLANNED A FLIGHT FROM 54J TO KMDQ TAKEOFF RUNWAY 09 AND CHECKED WEATHER INDICATING WINDS FROM170 AT 20 KTS. ON TAKEOFF THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND AFTER LEAVING THE GROUND, TURNED TO THE RIGHT BRIEFLY HEADING INTO THE WIND BEFORE IMPACTING THE GROUND WITH THE RIGHT WING AT AN ANGLE COMING TO REST APPROXIMATELY 350 FEET FROM THE ACTIVE NEAR THE PERIMETER ROAD. THE PILOT WAS THE ONLY PERSON ON BOARD AND EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITH NO INJURIES. AIRCRAFT RECORDS INDICATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN AIRWORTHY CONDITION PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT AND THE PILOT SAID THAT ALL SYSTEMS WERE IN A SAFE CONDITION FOR FLIGHT. INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT AT THE SCENE INDICATED THAT THE FLIGHT CONTROLS REMAINED INTACT AND APPEARED TO BE FUNCTIONAL. THE AIRCRAFT SUFFERED A PROP STRIKE, BROKEN N/L/G AND R/H M/L/G WITH MINOR LOWER FUSELAGE SHEET-METAL AND ENGINE COWLING DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
