THE C172 FOLLOWED THE CHALLENGER. A WITNESS TAXIING BEHIND THE C172 SAID THE C172 WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAXI TO THE RUN UP AREA BEHIND THE CHALLENGER WHEN CHALLENGER WAS CLEARED FOR TAKE OFF.
