## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STUDENT PILOT WAS FLYING SOLO AT KPSC PERFORMING TOUCH-AND-GO LANDINGS. STUDENT PILOT HAD COMPLETED 6 TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS WHEN WINDS INCREASED ABOVE 10 KNOTS, WHICH WAS HIS WIND LIMIT ON HIS SOLO ENDORSEMENT. ON THE LAST APPROACH, THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED TO THE RIGHT AND TOUCHED DOWN IN A NOSE LOW ATTITUDE STRIKING THE PROPELLER ON THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AND TIPPED TO THE RIGHT STRIKING THE RIGHT WINGTIP ON THE GROUND. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE WINGTIP AND PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
