## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 4/14/2022, 0412Z ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, A FAIRCHILD

SWEARINGEN METROLINER (SW4), ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, FROM DIA (DENVER, CO) TO AIA

(ALLIANCE, NE) EXPERIENCED A NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE BEFORE ROTATION ON TAKEOFF

ROLL, RUNWAY 34L, AT ROTATION SPEED, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE

AIRCRAFT REMAINED ON THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE UNTIL IT CAME TO A STOP. TWO

CREW MEMBERS AND FIVE PASSENGERS WERE ABOARD THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT

WAS EVACUATED WITH NO INJURIES. INITIAL REPORT STATES DAMAGE TO BOTH

PROPELLERS AND NOSE AREA. CARRIER CONTACTED NTSB AND RECEIVED PERMISSION

TO MOVE THE AIRCRAFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL RESPONDED AND

RECOVERED AIRCRAFT FROM THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
