As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON DEPARTURE FROM RWY01 AT KRLD, SHORTLY AFTER ROTATION, THE PILOT FELT THE AIRCRAFT LURCH TO THE LEFT AND ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT WITH FULL RIGHT RUDDER INPUT. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A SAGE BUSH AND WAS FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN. DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIAL. THE PILOT SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES AND THE PASSENGER HAD BROKEN RIBS.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
