## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE OPERATING A CHARTER FLIGHT WITH ONE PASSENGER ON BOARD, THE PIC WAS TO CLEARED TO RUNWAY 22R, FULL LENGTH, VIA TAXIWAY N. PIC HAD THE GARMIN AIRPORT DIAGRAM DISPLAY SHOWING ON THE GTN750 SCREEN WHILE TAXIING. TOWER CLEARED PIC FOR TAKEOFF APPROXIMATELY 100? FROM THE END OF TAXIWAY N WITH A RIGHT TURN TO A HEADING OF 250.

PRIOR TO ENTERING THE RUNWAY, PIC ADVANCED THE MIXTURE LEVERS, TURNED ON THE STROBE LIGHTS AND ALIGNED THE AIRCRAFT WITH MARKINGS AND LIGHTS. THE PILOT THOUGHT THEY WERE CONSISTENT WITH THE CENTERLINE.

PIC INCREASED POWER TO TAKEOFF POWER TO BEGIN THE TAKEOFF ROLL. AFTER A MOMENT PIC HEARD AND FELT A THUD, FOLLOWED BY A SECOND THUD AND EXPERIENCED A SHIMMY IN THE AIRCRAFT CONTROL. AT THIS TIME, THE PIC INITIATED THE REJECTED TAKEOFF AND NOTIFIED THE TOWER.

THE PIC NOTICED A VIBRATION IN THE AIRCRAFT AND THOUGHT THAT ONE OF THE TIRES MAY HAVE BEEN RUPTURED OR FLAT. PIC WAS ABLE TO TAXI THE AIRCRAFT CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY AT TAXIWAY F WHERE THE PIC WAITED FOR AN AIRPORT VEHICLE TO INSPECT THE TIRES. PIC DID NOT SHUT THE ENGINES DOWN AT THIS TIME AS THE PIC DID NOT YET SUSPECT DAMAGE TO THEM. THE AIRPORT VEHICLE INDICATED THE AIRCRAFT TIRES WERE INTACT, SO THE PIC REQUESTED AND RECEIVED TAXI CLEARANCE BACK TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

UPON SHUTTING DOWN THE AIRCRAFT THE DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLERS AND FUSELAGE BECAME KNOWN TO THE PIC. THE PASSENGER DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT AND LEFT IN A CAR UNINJURED.

AFTER LEAVING THE AIRCRAFT, PIC GAVE A STATEMENT TO MASSPORT AUTHORITIES WHO ALSO ADMINISTERED A BREATHALYZER TEST WHICH READ 0.00. MASSPORT ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE NTSB AND THE FAA, BUT TO THE PILOT'S KNOWLEDGE WAS UNABLE TO REACH EITHER OF THEM IMMEDIATELY. MASSPORT INDICATED TO PILOT THAT THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO MAKE ATTEMPTS TO NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
