## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT DID TWO TOUCH AND GO PATTERNS ON THE PAVED RUNWAY AT 0A7 AND THEN A FULL STOP LANDING, EXITED THE ACTIVE, WAITED FOR THE MAIN ROTORS TO STOP, THEN TAXIED TO THE ADJOINING GRASS FIELD. WHILE TAXING AT ABOUT 3 MPH AND IDLE RPM, THE GYRO ABRUPTLY FELL OVER ON ITS LEFT SIDE DUE TO FAILURE OF THE LEFT MAIN GEAR.

SAS ACTIVITY EA68202202577.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
