## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AT APPROXIMATELY 2316Z ON MAY 1ST, 2022,^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WENT OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AT KTPF AFTER AN APPROACH TO RUNWAY 36. THE PILOT CONTACTED THE CHIEF PILOT AT APPROXIMATELY 2359Z STATING THAT HE HAD ?BLOWN A TIRE ON LANDING? AND ?DID NOT REALIZE THAT IT WAS BLOWN UNTIL CLEARING THE RUNWAY.? MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WAS SCHEDULED TO COME NEXT MORNING TO REPLACE THE TIRE.

THE FOLLOWING MORNING, MAY 2ND, 2022, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ARRIVED AT KTPF TO SERVICE THE TIRE. UPON ARRIVAL, THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THE GEAR DOOR MISSING. (PLEASE SEE MX REPORT BELOW.) FURTHER EXAMINATION OF THE AIRPORT SURFACES AND CONVERSATIONS WITH TECHNICIANS FROM ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ AND MAINTENANCE INDICATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT LEFT THE PAVED RUNWAY SURFACE DURING THE LANDING ROLLOUT.

THE PILOT WAS IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM FLYING DUTY UNTIL A FURTHER INVESTIGATION COULD BE CONDUCTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
