PILOT WAS CONDUCTING THE MAIDEN FLIGHT OF HIS KITBUILT AIRCRAFT, N150LK, A ZENITH 750 CRUZER, AT LEX AIRPORT ON 05/02/2022. HE ATTEMPTED TO ADD POWER TO SLOW HIS FALL, HE UNDERCOMPENSATED FOR ENGINE TORQUE CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO ROLL LEFT AND MAKE GROUND CONTACT WITH THE LEFT WING, CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP OVER AND CRASH. THEIR WERE NO INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OTHER THAN THE AIRCRAFT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
