## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

MAY 6, 2022 AT 1620 LOCAL TIME AT THE PALMER MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (PAQ). THE AIRPORT MANAGER REPORTED THAT N2141V A CESSNA 140 TAILWHEEL AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER WHILE LANDING IN THE GRASS. AIRMAN (FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR) REPRESENTED BY ATTORNEY BRENT COLE. THE AIRMAN STATED IN AN EMAIL THAT THE AIRPLANE DID NOT NOSE OVER. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE PLANE. AIRMAN (OWNER) FLYING STATED THE SAME THAT THE AIRPLANE DID NOT NOSE OVER AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE PLANE. SLIGHT LOSS OF CONTROL ON ROLL OUT CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO VEER TO ONE SIDE OFF THE GRASS RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
