## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 5/17/2022 ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DEPARTED WASHINGTON DULLES (KIAD) FOR COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA (KCAE).

THE CREW WAS CLEARED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 5 AT KCAE. A FLIGHT OF (2) F-16'S WERE CLEARED TO DEPART ON CROSSING RUNWAY 11. ATC ADVISED 3817 OF THE DEPARTING AIRCRAFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^VERIFIED LANDING CLEARANCE, AND ATC CONFIRMED THEY WERE CLEARED TO LAND.

DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, ONE F-16 PASSED IN FRONT OF THEM PRIOR TO THE RUNWAY CROSSING. AS ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^WAS ROLLING OUT THROUGH THE RUNWAY INTERSECTION THE SECOND F-16 PASSED DIRECTLY OVERHEAD AT CLOSE PROXIMITY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
