## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH THE CHARGING

SYSTEM AND LANDED WITH THE GEAR PARTIALLY DOWN AT

SULLIVAN REGIONAL AIRPORT (KUUV). THERE WAS ONE SOUL ONBOARD WITH NO INJURIES. THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS WERE

DAMAGED FROM CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY. BOTH MAIN

LANDING GEAR STRUT AXLES WERE DAMAGED WITH MINOR

DAMAGE. THE LEFT AND RIGHT FLAP TRACK BRACKETS HAD

MINOR DAMAGE DUE TO CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY. THE

CARBON FIBER LOWER FUSELAGE BELOW THE INSTRUMENT

PANEL RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE FROM CONTACT WITH THE

RUNWAY. AN AUTO 12V/24V DETECTION RELAY WAS SUSPECTED AND VERIFIED TO HAVE FAILED CAUSING A COMPLETE ELECTRICAL FAILURE AND ENGINE STOPPAGE RESULTING IN THE PARTIAL GEAR UP LANDING WHILE ON LANDING APPROACH. THE PILOT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO CRANK ALL THREE LANDING GEARS TO THE FULL DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN ON THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
