As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) LANDED AT THE BIG CREEK AIRPORT (U60), ROLLED OUT, TAXIED TO THE SOUTHERN END OF THE RUNWAY, TURNED 180 DEGREES, POWERED BACK UP AND BEGAN A TAKEOFF ROLL DOWNWIND TO THE NORTH (RUNWAY 01). APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET INTO THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE CENTERLINE OF THE RUNWAY TO THE RIGHT, WAS ALLOWED TO TRAVEL THROUGH A ROW OF FENCE POSTS, DOWN OFF THE RUNWAY/TIE DOWN SURFACE EMBANKMENT ON THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE RUNWAY. 260 FEET AFTER GOING THROUGH THE FIRST FENCE THE AIRCRAFT WENT THROUGH A SECOND 3 RAIL JACK FENCE AND TRAVELED ANOTHER 60 FEET BEFORE FLIPPING UPSIDE DOWN FROM THE MAIN LANDING GEAR SINKING IN THE CREEK MUD. THE IMPACT WITH THE FENCES AND THE FLIP OVER CAUSED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE FUSELAGE TUBE ABOVE THE CABIN, THE LEFT AND RIGHT WING STRUTS, THE LEFT AND RIGHT WINGS, RIGHT AILERON, RIGHT ELEVATOR, VERTICAL FIN AND RUDDER.
