## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE STUDENT PULLED BACK AGGRESSIVELY ON THE CONTROLS LEADING TO AN EXCESSIVE NOSE UP ATTITUDE, WHICH

RESULTED IN THE TAIL OF THE AIRCRAFT STRIKING THE RUNWAY. THIS CAUSED ABRASION DAMAGE TO TAIL SKIN AND RUDDER CAP, AS WELL AS SHEARING OFF THE TIE DOWN RING.

BOTH PILOTS HAVE RECEIVED COUNSELLING.

THE CFI HAS COMPLETED ADDITIONAL FLIGHT TRAINING AND THE STUDENT IS SCHEDULED FOR ADDITIONAL FLIGHT TRAINING.
