## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT REPORTED THAT ON LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND CAUGHT A GUST OF CROSSWIND. THE AIRCRAFT HAD INSUFFICIENT AIRSPEED TO CORRECT FOR THE CROSSWIND, AND ENTERED A GROUND LOOP. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST IN A DITCH OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF RUNWAY 14, CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE LANDING GEAR, WING, AND FUSELAGE STRUCTURES.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
