THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN HARD, AND THE PILOT STATED HE WAS HIT BY A GUST FROM THE LEFT AT ABOUT THAT SAME TIME. THE AIRCRAFT GROUND LOOPED TO THE LEFT STRIKING THE RIGHT WING ON THE RUNWAY CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AILERON AND FABRIC DAMAGE. ONLY ONE SOUL WAS ON BOARD AT THE TIME AND NO INJURIES OCCURRED.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
