## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 6-26-2022 AT APPROXIMATELY 1400 CDT AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TOOK OFF FROM THE BRIDGEPORT TEXAS AIRPORT. DURING FLIGHT THE AIRCRAFT LOST ENGINE POWER AND HAD TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY GEAR UP LANDING IN A FARMED FIELD OUTSIDE OF RHOME TEXAS. NO INJURIES SUSTAINED AND APPEARS TO BE MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. PILOT REPORTED THE ANNUNCIATOR FOR THE #1 ALTERNATOR ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT. PILOT SAID HE EXPERIENCED WHAT HE BELIEVED WAS A PROPELLER SURGE AND THEN THE VOLTAGE FOR #2 ALTERNATOR STARTED TO DROP. ALTERNATOR BELT WAS PROTRUDING FROM COWLING AFTER LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
