## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT N420PA WAS ON ITS RETURN LEG HOME, WHEN AT APPROXIMATELY 7 MINUTES INTO FLIGHT, THE OIC RECEIVED A SERIES OF SYSTEM HEALTH ALERTS ON THE GROUND CONTROL STATION. APPROXIMATELY 5

SECONDS AFTER RECEIVING HEALTH ALERTS, THE AIRCRAFT ENTERED A SELF-INITIATED URGENT LAND STATE. BEFORE THE DRONE COULD INITIATE THE URGENT LAND, THE DRONE LOST POWER TO ALL 6 MOTORS, WHICH CAUSED THE DRONE TO DESCEND AND CONTACT TERRAIN APPROXIMATELY 7 SECONDS LATER.

REPORT WILL BE AMENDED WHEN FURTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
