## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT, CONDUCTING A LANDING ON THE GRASS STRIP. WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE GRASS HAD NOT BEEN CUT RECENTLY, AND WAS CURRENTLY AROUND EIGHT TO TEN INCHES IN LENGTH. UPON LANDING, THE GRASS WAS SLICK, CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO BE DIFFICULT TO SLOW DOWN AND INITIATE A STOP. THE AIRCRAFT, WAS NOT ABLE TO BE SLOWED ENOUGH. BEFORE GOING THROUGH A BARB WIRE FENCE AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY. CAUSING VERY MINOR DAMAGE TO THE SPINNER AND PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
