## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 11, 2022 AT APPROXIMATELY 0650 CST, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, A BRITISH AEROSPACE BAE 125 SERIES 1000A, ADVISED THEY HAD A PRESSURIZATION ISSUE AND NEEDED AN IMMEDIATE DECENT FROM FL390. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY FOR THE AIRCRAFT AND ISSUED A DESCENT TO FL380. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DESCENDED BELOW FL380. WHEN ATC QUERIED ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TO SEE IF THEY WERE MAINTAINING FL380, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THEY WERE UNABLET TO MAINTAIN FL380 DUE TO THE PRESSURIZATION ISSUE. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ ADVISED THAT THEY COULD DESCEND TO FL350. ATC INSTRUCTED ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TO TURN 30 DEGREES RIGHT IN THE DESCENT. THERE WAS A LOSS OF SEPARATION WITH ANOTHER AIRCRAFT DUE TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DESCENDING BELOW FL380.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
