## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 13, 2022, AT 1105AM AT MONMOUTH EXECUTIVE AIRPORT (KBLM) A CERTIFICATED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR WAS PROVIDING INSTRUCTION TO AN UNCERTIFICATED STUDENT PILOT. WHILE PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO'S THE UNCERTIFICATED STUDENT PILOT INADVERTENTLY RAISED THE LANDING GEAR INSTEAD OF PUSHING THE THROTTLE FORWARD ON THE FOURTH TOUCH AND GO, CAUSING THE NOSE GEAR TO RETRACT AND THE PROPELLER TO STRIKE THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP ON RUNWAY 32.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
