## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 30, 2022, UPON ARRIVAL IN LAX, DURING TAXI-IN, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS BEING MARSHALLED INTO GATE 65A WHEN ITS LOWER RIGHT WING SCIMITAR MADE CONTACT WITH A FUEL TRUCK. THE FUEL TRUCK WAS PARKED PARTIALLY WITHIN THE SAFETY ZONE, RESULTING IN DAMAGE AND TO THE LOWER RIGHT WING SCIMITAR. THE CREW STOPPED THE AIRCRAFT AND THEN TAXI'D TO THE GATE WHEN CLEAR WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. THERE WERE NO PASSENGER OR CABIN CREW INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
