## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS ON LANDING APPROACH INTO PAKI. A BIRD STRUCK THE RADOME AND FLAP ON THE R/H WING. POSSIBLE TWO BIRDS WERE STRUCK, AS THE PILOT REPORTED A FLOCK OF BIRDS ROSE IN FONT OF THE AIRCRAFT AT 20 TO 40 FEET. THE PILOT APPLIED POWER AND MADE A GO AROUND AN THEN SAFELY LANDED THE AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT NOTED A DEAD BIRD ON THE RUNWAY AS HE WAS LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
