## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N282ND LANDED GEAR UP AT BEAVER COUNTY AIRPORT ON AUGUST 15TH AT APPROXIMATELY 09:10AM LOCAL TIME. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST NEAR MIDFIELD. AFTER SPEAKING WITH BOTH THE AIRMEN ONBOARD THE AIRCRAFT, THEY BOTH MENTIONED THAT THEY CONDUCTED A 360 DEGREE TURN WHILE ON DOWNWIND TO OBTAIN SPACING FOR THE SHORT APPROACH. THEY ELECTED NOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN AS THEY TYPICALLY WOULD DUE TO THE SPACING TURNS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE SHORT APPROACH CLEARANCE THEY HAD REQUESTED. BOTH AIRMEN ACKNOWLEDGED HEARING THE GEAR HORN WHILE COMING IN TO LAND, BUT WE'RE SINGULARLY FOCUSED ON THE LANDING POINT OF THE POWER OFF 180 ACCURACY LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
