## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE FLIGHT WAS A COMBINATION DEMONSTRATION/FAMILIARIZATION FLIGHT FOR A BUYER. DURING THE LANDING THE AIRCRAFT HAD A SLIGHT A BALLOON JUST PRIOR TO THE AIRSPEED WAS DECAYING AND THE INSTRUCTOR SUGGESTED THE PILOT ADD POWER. VERY SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE INSTRUCTOR SUGGESTED FULL POWER MULTIPLE TIMES, WITH GREATER VOLUME. AT THAT POINT, THE AIRCRAFT STALLED, AND ABRUPTLY PITCHED DOWN FROM AN ALTITUDE OF APPROXIMATELY THREE TO FIVE FEET. UPON TOUCHDOWN, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED RESULTING IN PROP STRIKE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
