## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ARRIVED ON SCENE AT FORT WORTH SPINKS AIRPORT (FWS) AT 2212 CST. AIRCRAFT WAS STILL ON RUNWAY 36L. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED RUNWAY 36L TOUCHING DOWN AROUND TAXIWAY F WHERE THE FIRST PROP STRIKES WERE FOUND ON THE RUNWAY FOLLOWED BY SKID MARKS FROM THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT. PILOT STATED THAT HE EXTENDED THE GEAR 5 MILES OUT, VERIFIED THE GEAR WAS DOWN, AND DID NOT HEAR A GEAR WARNING HORN. PILOT STATED THAT THERE WERE NO PREVIOUS ISSUES WITH THE GEAR SYSTEM. WHILE ON SCENE, THE AIRCRAFT WAS LIFTED BY TOW TRUCK AND THE GEAR WAS EXTENDED USING THE GEAR SELECTOR. PILOT WAS ONLY PERSON ON BOARD. NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
