## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PILOT WAS RECEIVED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2022. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT WAS FUELED TO FULL TANKS AT THE LODI AIRPORT(1O3). HE SAID THAT THE RUNUP AND GROUND CHECKS WERE ALL GOOD. THE FLIGHT TO CAMANCHE SKYPARK AIRPORT(CA19) TOOK ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES. THE PILOT SAID THAT THEY LANDED TO THE WEST AND SINCE THE WINDS WERE CALM THEY TAXIIED TO THE END OF THE RUNWAY TO DEPART TO THE EAST. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE PUT THE FLAPS TO 10 DEGREES, HELD THE BRAKES AND APPLIED FULL POWER. HE SAID THAT THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WAS BARELY IN THE GREEN ARC. THE PILOT SAID THAT HE RELEASED THE BRAKES AND AS THE AIRCRAFT ACCELERATED TO ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN THE RUNWAY HE NOTICED THAT NEITHER OF HIS 2 AIRSPEED INDICATORS WERE INDICATING ANY AIRSPEED. HE SAID THAT HE THEN PULLED THE POWER TO IDLE AND AT THAT TIME HE NOTICED THE AIRSPEED STARTED TO INDICATE A SPEED. HE STATED THAT AT THAT POINT THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN GROUND EFFECT SO HE WAS NOT ABLE TO APPLY BRAKING. PICTURES INDICATE THAT THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED BETWEEN 2 TREES. THE IMPACT TO THE TREES SHOW SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT WING. THE PICTURES SHOW THAT THE NOSE GEAR WAS BENT FORWARD. THE AIRSPEED GAUGE DID NOT INDICATE ANY AIRSPEED. SIGNATURES FROM THE PROPELLER INDICATE THAT THE ENGINE WAS AT LOW IDLE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
