## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, SKAGIT REGIONAL AIRPORT, AIRCRAFT WHILE LANDING ON RUNWAY (29) THE PILOT LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR AND EXTENDED THE FLAPS BEFORE LANDING. ON TOUCHDOWN, THE GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO SKID TO A STOP ON THE RUNWAY. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED BY THE PILOT. ONCE THE AIRCRAFT WAS SECURE, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS ABLE TO JACK THE AIRCRAFT AND FULLY LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. ONCE THE LANDING GEAR WAS LOCKED IN PLACE, THE AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED FROM THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
