## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING OFF FROM LAS ON RUNWAY 19R AT 05:26 AM LOCAL TIME (STILL NIGHT TIME), THE PILOT ACCIDENTALLY LINED UP THE PLANE WITH THE RUNWAY EDGE LIGHTS (THERE ARE NO RUNWAY CENTERLINE LIGHTS ON THAT RUNWAY). DURING THE GROUND ROLL, SEVERAL LIGHT (THE EXACT NUMBER IS UNKNOWN) WERE HIT AND DAMAGED. THE CREW CONTINUED THE FLIGHT FROM KLAS TO KASE AND FROM THERE TO KTEB. NEXT DAY, NEXT CREW FOUND ALL TIRES (MOST NOTABLY THE NOSE WHEEL) WERE DAMAGED AND NUMERUS DENTS WERE PRESENT ON BOTH WINGS’ LEADING EDGES. FURTHER INSPECTION REVEALED THAT DEBRIS WERE ALSO INGESTED BY BOTH ENGINES DAMAGING THE TURBINES. THE INCIDENT CREW REPORTED NOT NOTICING ANYTHING UNUSUAL DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL (NO NOISES, NO SHAKINGS), DURING BOTH LEGS OF THE FLIGHT (NO HIGH ITT, NO LOSS OF PERFORMANCE) OR ON THE GROUND (IN NEITHER KASE NOR KTEB).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
