## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

At approximately 1604 EDT, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, an Airbus 320, N527J, who was #2 departing LGA for JAX on taxiway B, was struck by an airport vehicle on the right landing gear. The aircraft was towed back to the gate to assess damage at 2050Z (1650L). Incident Report (8020-9) was filed by LGA ATC.

The vehicle,^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ slowly rolled backward after driver left the vehicle. The vehicle entered taxi way ‘W’ and made contact with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^. The contact location on the aircraft was the backside of the Right MLG Tires (#3 and & #4). ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ reported that there was no damage to the aircraft and returned to service after completing required inspections.

The driver of the vehicle received two Breach of Rules (BORs) from the PANYNJ. The vehicle’s Port of New York Authority (PONYA) plated were removed from the vehicle.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
