## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD RECENTLY UNDERGONE ITS ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND THAT THE BRAKES WERE "TIGHTER" THAN HE WAS PREVIOUSLY ACCUSTOMED TO. WHEN PILOT LANDED, HE APPLIED THE RIGHT BRAKE TO CORRECT HIS DIRECTION AND THE PLANE IMMEDIATLY OVER CORRECTED, PILOT THEN APPLIED THE LEFT BRAKE TO CORRECT AND OVER CORRECTED TO LEFT. AT THAT POINT THE PLANE LEFT THE RUNWAY AND THE TAIL WIPPED CAUSING THE PLANE TO FLIP UPSIDE DOWN. VISUAL DAMGE AS REPOTED BY AIRPORT MANGER MINOR.NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
