## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRMAN WAS CONDUCTING A FLIGHT FROM DVO TO AZ19. IN THE VICINITY OF CHINO VALLEY, THE ENGINE QUIT CAUSING THE AIRMAN TO PERFORM A DEAD STICK LANDING. THE TERRAIN WAS RELATIVELY SMOOTH AND FREE OF OBSTACLES. THE AIRMAN LANDED THE AIRCRAFT WITH NO DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS MOVED TO A SECURED LOCATION UNTIL RECEIVING FURTHER DISPOSITION. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUND TRANSPORTED TO A REPAIR STATION AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A FAILED ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FUEL STARVATION. THE PART IS BEING REPLACED AT THIS TIME.
