## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER DEPARTING RUNWAY 27 AT LDJ, AT ABOUT 100 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR. AT THAT POINT, ALL THE ELECTRONICS IN THE COCKPIT WENT DARK AND THE TRANSPONDER CUT OFF. AFTER THE GEAR RETRACTED, THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON. PIC DECIDED TO RETURN AND LAND THE AIRCRAFT. ON FINAL APPROACH, AS HE ENTERED SHORT FINAL PHASE, HE HEARD THE LANDING GEAR WARNING HORN, BUT DISREGARDED IT AS A STALL HORN. AS THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED, THE PROPELER BLADES STRUCK THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO A FULL STOP.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
