## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OCTOBER 22, 2022 AT Y14 (TEA, SD) PILOT MADE AN APPROACH TO LAND, PILOT DID NOT PULL FULL FLAPS WHILE ON APPROACH. PILOT CONDUCTED HIS ROUND OUT AND FLARE ABOVE THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT FLOATED IN GROUND EFFECT. WHEN THE PLANE TOUCHED DOWN THE ROLL OUT SPEED WAS HIGHER THAN NORMAL AND THE PLANE DEPARTED THE END OF THE RUNWAY RESULTING IN A NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE AND PROP STRIKE. NO INJURIES OCCURRED. MINOR DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
