## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OCTOBER 25, 2022 AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MADE A GEAR-UP LANDING AT THE OSWEGO COUNTY AIRPORT (FZY). ON OCTOBER 26, 2022 AN INSPECTOR TRAVELED TO FZY TO DAMAGE OF THE AIRCRAFT. DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROPELLER, AN ANTENNA ON THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT, AND SOME PANELS AND SKINS DUE TO CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY SURFACE. WHILE INSPECTING THE AIRCRAFT, THE OWNER/OPERATOR ARRIVED. DURING A CONVERSATION, THE OWNER/OPERATOR STATED THAT DURING THE INCIDENT FLIGHT, THE PILOT WAS PLANNING TO MAKE HIS 3 TAKE-OFFS AND LANDINGS TO STAY CURRENT AND DURING THE SECOND LANDING ATTEMPT HE BECAME DISTRACTED BY ANOTHER AIRCRAFT IN THE AIRPORT PATTERN AND FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO LANDING. A ROCHESTER FSDO OPERATIONS INSPECTOR COMPLETED THE INVESTIGATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
