## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

11-02-2022 PILOT WAS ABOUT TO PERFORM 3RD SOLO FLIGHT. DID THE PREFLIGHT AT 9AM AND IT WAS RECHECKED UNDER INSTRUCTOR SUPERVISION. SUCCESSFUL RUN-UP WAS PERFORMED,

HIS FIRST PATTERN FOR THE DAY WENT FINE AND HE EXACUTED A FULL STOP TAXI BACK. AND AGAIN RETURNED TO HOLD SHORT AT RWY 11 TO DO THE PATTERN AGAIN. AFTER 1 TO 2 MINUTES HE STARTED TAKING OFF, AND EVERYTHING WAS GOING GOOD, HE THEN GAVE FULL THROTTLE AND HE SAID HIS ASI WAS A LITTLE ABOVE 40KTS, HE WAS GOING MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO ROTATE BUT BEFORE ROTATING, HE SUDDENLY FELT THE LEFT WING COME DOWN HARD AND MADE THE AIRCRAFT GO OFF CENTER LINE TOWARDS THE LEFT OF RWY 11. HE STARTED TO COMPENSATE RIGHT RUDDER HARD BUT IS SPEED WAS HIGH AND DIDN’T HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME TO RIGHT THE AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE RWY AND VEERED INTO THE GRASS. AS SOON AS HE GAINED HIS BEARING HE SECURED AIRCRAFT AND REMOVED THE KEY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
