## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ LANDED AT KALN AIRPORT AND REALIZED THAT A REFUEL ACESS DOOR ASSEMBLY PART NUMBER 25W362210-041 WAS OPENED AND NOT SECURE. THE REFUEL ACESS DOOR ASSEMBLY HAD MINOR DAMAGE THAT REQUIRES COMPOSITE REPAIR. A FAIRING AFT OF THE DOOR HAD SUPERFICIAL SCRAPING THAT REQUIRES COMPOSITE REPAIR. IT IS UNDETERMINABLE WITH THE INFORMATION GATHERED DURING THE INVESTIGATION TO BE ABLE TO KNOW WHEN OR HOW THE DOOR CAME OPEN OR WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS LEFT OPEN BY THE PILOT IN COMMAND OR A GROUND FUELING EMPLOYEE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
