## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT MADE LANDING AT 42U, UPON LANDING PILOT FOUND THE LEFT BRAKE HAD NO PRESSURE. PILOT DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO TRY TO TAKE OFF AND ATTEMPT LANDING AGAIN. PILOT CONTINUED TO MAINTAIN BRAKING WITH RIGHT BRAKE AND MAINTAINED CENTERLINE. AS PILOT APPROACH THE END OF THE RUNWAY THEY TURNED AVOIDING ANY PROPERTY. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE FENCE AT A SLOW RATE OF SPEED CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FLIGHT CONTROLS. NO INJURIES TO PILOT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR23LA076](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR23LA076), Dec 26, 2022: Cessna 210N (N210CU), Morgan, UT, substantial damage. Probable cause: Failure of the brake system O-rings on the left landing gear trunnion, which allowed the hydraulic fluid to drain from the left brake system, resulting in a runway excursion and impact with a fence.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
