## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON DECEMBER 27, 2022, AT 6:30PM, AT THE PHOENIX DEER VALLEY AIRPORT (DVT), AIRCRAFT^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED. THE ONLY PERSON ON BOARD WAS THE PILOT WHO WAS UNINJURED IN THE INCIDENT. BASED UPON PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT ON 12/29/2022, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR SCRATCHES TO THE SKIN AND ANTENNA. IN AN INTERVIEW, THE PILOT STATED THAT THE RIGHT HAND LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. AFTER CONTACTING THE ATC, THE PILOT RETRACTED ALL GEAR AND MADE A CONTROLLED GEAR UP LANDING. INITIAL INSPECTION BY A MECHANIC INDICATED THAT THE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR FAILED. FURTHER INSPECTION AND TESTING STILL PENDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
