## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT ENTERED TLR AIRSPACE ON A LEFT DOWNWIND FOR RUNWAY 31 WHILE ANNOUNCING POSITION. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM AN AG AIRCRAFT THAT WAS TAXIING TOWARD THE RUNWAY PRESUMABLY FOR TAKEOFF. THE INCIDENT PILOT MADE A SHORT APPROACH TO RUNWAY 31 IN ORDER TO AVOID A CONFLICT WITH THE AG AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND. THE INCIDENT PILOT SUBSEQUENTLY FORGOT TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR WHILE HASTENING TO PERFORM THE SHORT APPROACH TO RUNWAY 31. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED. THE PIC EXITED THE AIRCRAFT UNINJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
